The craft

From a sketch on paper to a finished garment

Most factories begin when a tech pack lands on the table. We begin earlier — and stay present through every step, so nothing is lost between the idea and the box.

Concept to garment
I

Concept

A rough sketch and a clear direction — silhouette, fabric, and fit.

II

Tech pack

Full specs: measurements, construction callouts, and bill of materials.

III

Pattern

Our master turns the spec into an accurate, graded pattern.

IV

Sample

We cut and sew, then fit and correct until it is exactly right.

V

Production

The approved sample sets the standard for the full run — cut to pack.

Because we own every step, we catch problems while they are still cheap to fix — a fit issue at the sample stage, never a fault across a thousand pieces. That is what the lab is for.
