Terms of Service

1. Scope of Service

RIVR Industries Pvt. Ltd. provides Cut, Make & Trim (CMT) knitwear manufacturing, in-house sampling, pattern development, and technical tech-pack services from our facilities in Karachi, Pakistan.

2. Inquiries & Quotations

Estimates provided through our website, Design Studio tool, or Request for Quote (RFQ) forms are non-binding budgetary guides. Formal production contracts and binding purchase orders are issued upon sample sign-off and mutual technical agreement.

3. Intellectual Property & Tech Packs

All client tech packs, artwork, logos, and proprietary garment specifications provided to RIVR Industries Pvt. Ltd. remain the exclusive intellectual property of the respective client.

4. Governing Jurisdiction

Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in a signed commercial agreement, inquiries and transactions are governed by the Courts of Karachi, Pakistan.
